Founded by Dr. Brandon Roscoe, in an effort to better serve patients, Clearfield-Jefferson Primary Care Associates strives to be a breath of fresh air in the current healthcare climate. We are an independent primary care medical practice, focusing on family medicine, pediatrics and women’s health. Dr. Roscoe

Graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, in 2006. He works in Du Bois, PA and specializes in family medicine. He has a strong interest in alternative therapies and minimizes the use of medications when possible. He is always accepting new patients of all ages.

 

Dr. Lauren Bohley, PA-C

I’m a Certified Physician Assistant with nearly 27 years of experience serving the Clearfield community, including the past 12 years in Primary Care and Pediatrics. It has been a true honor to care for multiple generations of families and to build meaningful, lasting relationships with so many wonderful patients.

My approach to medicine blends traditional care with natural and holistic options, aiming to support each patient in making sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term health and well-being

 

Nicole Stover, CRNP

I have been a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) since 2021, with over 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of specialties including ENT and internal medicine. In August of this year, I proudly joined CJPCA and am excited to continue my passion for healthcare by serving and caring for the people in my community.

 

Asheley kentoski PA-C

I have been practicing as a Certified Physician Assistant since 2009, after earning a Master’s degree from Saint Francis University. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys the hands-on nature of clinical care. With a special interest in genetics, she brings both curiosity and compassion to every patient interaction. Her commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care is evident in her longstanding dedication to the community, where she looks forward to continuing to serve with empathy and expertise.
