Founded by Dr. Brandon Roscoe, in an effort to better serve patients, Clearfield-Jefferson Primary Care Associates strives to be a breath of fresh air in the current healthcare climate. We are an independent primary care medical practice, focusing on family medicine, pediatrics and women’s health. Dr. Roscoe

Graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, in 2006. He works in Du Bois, PA and specializes in family medicine. He has a strong interest in alternative therapies and minimizes the use of medications when possible. He is always accepting new patients of all ages.

Dr. Lauren Bohley, PA-C

I’m a Certified Physician Assistant with nearly 27 years of experience serving the Clearfield community, including the past 12 years in Primary Care and Pediatrics. It has been a true honor to care for multiple generations of families and to build meaningful, lasting relationships with so many wonderful patients.

Nicole Stover, CRNP

I have been a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) since 2021, with over 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of specialties including ENT and internal medicine. In August of this year, I proudly joined CJPCA and am excited to continue my passion for healthcare by serving and caring for the people in my community.

Ashley Kentoski PA-C

Ashley has been practicing as a Certified Physician Assistant since 2009, following the completion of her Master’s degree from Saint Francis University. She is deeply committed to patient care and values the direct, hands-on aspects of clinical practice. With a particular interest in genetics, she approaches each patient encounter with intellectual curiosity and genuine compassion. Her dedication to delivering patient-centered, high-quality healthcare is demonstrated through her long-term service to the community, where she remains eager to continue providing care with empathy and clinical expertise.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I am a dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care And Pediatrics. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Clearfield community, providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families.

Deb Rummel, CRNP, is an experienced and highly knowledgeable nurse practitioner serving patients in the Punxsutawney and DuBois communities alongside Dr. Brandon Roscoe. With more than five years of clinical experience, Deb brings a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
